I didn’t set out to just build a program, I set out to answer a question that kept showing up in my own life: What does it look like to succeed without losing yourself in the process? As a woman navigating professional spaces that often demanded more performance than presence, I found myself achieving on paper while quietly feeling misaligned, overextended, and unseen. That tension became my turning point. I began doing the deeper work: redefining success on my own terms, honoring my voice, and choosing alignment over approval. In HER Season was born from that journey.

My work is rooted in the belief that women professionals of color deserve more than survival in their careers. We deserve to feel grounded, well-compensated, and fully expressed in our leadership. I’ve seen how often we carry the weight of expectation, navigate unspoken rules, and stretch ourselves to fit into systems that were never designed with us in mind. Through my work, I create spaces where we can pause, reflect, and reconnect with who we are beneath the titles and responsibilities; so we can lead, earn, and move with intention.

What drives me is witnessing the moment a woman chooses herself without guilt. The moment she stops shrinking, starts trusting her voice, and begins to move differently. Not from burnout or pressure, but from clarity and self-worth. All three workshops will be hosted virtually via Zoom. You'll receive your access link upon registration. No special software download is required beyond Zoom, which is free to join as an attendee.
