I didn’t set out to just build a program, I set out to answer a question that kept showing up in my own life: What does it look like to succeed without losing yourself in the process? As a woman navigating professional spaces that often demanded more performance than presence, I found myself achieving on paper while quietly feeling misaligned, overextended, and unseen. That tension became my turning point. I began doing the deeper work: redefining success on my own terms, honoring my voice, and choosing alignment over approval. In HER Season was born from that journey.
My work is rooted in the belief that women professionals of color deserve more than survival in their careers. We deserve to feel grounded, well-compensated, and fully expressed in our leadership. I’ve seen how often we carry the weight of expectation, navigate unspoken rules, and stretch ourselves to fit into systems that were never designed with us in mind. Through my work, I create spaces where we can pause, reflect, and reconnect with who we are beneath the titles and responsibilities; so we can lead, earn, and move with intention.
What drives me is witnessing the moment a woman chooses herself without guilt. The moment she stops shrinking, starts trusting her voice, and begins to move differently. Not from burnout or pressure, but from clarity and self-worth. In HER Season isn’t just a workshop series, it’s an invitation to come back to yourself, to honor your evolution, and to step into a version of success that actually feels like yours!

The Full Series Pass gives you access to all three In Her Season workshops (May 23, June 27, and July 25), all three monthly bonuses, replays of every session, and the exclusive In Her Season Resource Kit — a collection of six worksheets and journal prompts delivered before May 23. It's $147 total, compared to $161 if you purchased each workshop individually.

All workshops are recorded and replays are included with every ticket — standard and series pass. You'll receive the replay link within 24 hours of each workshop. VIP Q&A sessions are live only and not recorded to preserve the intimacy of that experience.

In Her Season is designed specifically for women professionals of color at all career stages. May is ideal for job seekers and career transitioners. June is built for leaders in nonprofit and education. July is open to anyone navigating fear or imposter syndrome — which means all phases of the professional journey are welcome.

All three workshops will be hosted virtually via Zoom. You'll receive your access link upon registration. No special software download is required beyond Zoom, which is free to join as an attendee.

Each workshop has a VIP tier (+$47) that includes everything in the standard ticket plus a 30-minute post-workshop Q&A directly with Shanice. VIP seats are capped at 10–15 per workshop to keep the experience intimate. This is your chance for direct access and personalized guidance beyond the main session.

All sales are final, but if you're unable to attend and did not access the replay, you may request a one-time transfer to a future offering within 30 days of the workshop date.
