I am deeply committed to empowering underestimated, overworked, and under-resourced women to break through systemic barriers and reach new heights in their personal and professional lives.

Rooted in community service and social equity, my journey navigating leadership challenges in limiting environments fuels my passion to create spaces where authentic growth and lasting impact are possible. Rather than accepting traditional limits, I built my own path to success, designing the legacy I knew was needed.

Through Soul Movement Success, I combine strategic insight with empathetic partnership to guide individuals and organizations in aligning their leadership journeys with their values and aspirations. My mission is to uplift and equip women who have been overlooked or underserved to confidently craft careers and legacies that reflect their true potential.

My mission is to dismantle systemic barriers, spotlight BIWOC excellence, and ensure that women of color can achieve their full potential in their careers and communities.

Through Soul Movement Success, I offer affordable leadership development, business compliance, and career success services tailored for growth. I’m also the host of the Succeed with Shanice podcast, where I share insights on professional development, self-care, and entrepreneurial success.
