The Living in HER Design group coaching program equips businesswomen of color to achieve professional success while growing in their authentic selves. You do not have to choose between work and living your life.

You were never meant to simply succeed; you were designed to lead with intention.

Living In Her Design Masterclass is a signature leadership coaching experience for women professionals who are ready to move beyond achievement and step into aligned leadership. This immersive program creates space for reflection, growth, and transformation as participants explore their strengths, values, leadership identity, and vision for the future.

Through coaching, community, and intentional development, women learn to lead from within, make empowered decisions, and create meaningful impact in their careers and communities.

This tier requires payment in full at checkout and includes all 6 live 90-minute sessions, full self-paced platform and workbook access, your 1:1 coaching session, and the end-of-program celebration. Once these 6 seats are filled (or the window closes), pricing moves to the standard rate. This price is not available with the 2-payment plan.

  This program includes everything, for everyone: 6 live coaching sessions, a full self-paced platform and workbook access, a personal 1:1 coaching session, and our closing celebration. There are no hidden tiers of access; the only differences below are price and payment timing.

  Our lowest rate, reserved for the first 6 enrollees. One payment, due at checkout.

  Full Price — $897
  Standard enrollment once Early Bird closes. One payment, due at checkout.

  Payment Plan — $947 total
  Prefer to split it up? Pay $473.50 at enrollment and $473.50 at the start of Month 2. Available at Full Price only.

  Invited members of our Succeeders’ community receive an additional $75 off during the Early Bird window only.

  Why the price varies: Enrolling early helps us plan the cohort and rewards those ready to commit. Splitting your payment costs slightly more to cover the flexibility — but it's the same complete program either way.

I don't want to wake up to start the day, or I lack the inspiration to do one more task, attend one more meeting, or launch one more epic idea. Especially with life throwing challenges and responsibilities, it becomes hard to see a path toward accomplishing the things that make us feel alive. But we don’t have to let this cycle stop us from living. In my masterclass, we will combat apathy by honing in on our PASSIONS. • What's included in the program?

  6 live 90-minute virtual sessions, full access to the self-paced online platform and course workbook, one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session, and an end-of-program celebration. All tiers include the same full program — pricing differences reflect timing and payment structure, not access level.

• What's the difference between Early Bird, Full Price, and the Payment Plan?

  Early Bird is our lowest price, limited to the first 6 seats. Full Price opens once Early Bird closes or sells out. The Payment Plan splits Full Price into two installments and is available alongside standard pricing.

• Can I use the Payment Plan with Early Bird pricing?

  No — the Payment Plan is only available at Full Price. Early Bird and VIP pricing require payment in full at checkout.

• What happens if I miss my second payment?

  Platform access will pause until the second payment is received. You'll get a reminder ahead of your due date, and access resumes automatically once payment is completed.

• Can my employer sponsor my enrollment?

  Yes — many participants use professional development stipends to cover this program.

• When is the 1:1 coaching session scheduled?

  Near the end of the 6-month program, after you've completed the core content and live sessions. You'll receive scheduling details as we approach that point.

• Is the workbook physical or digital?

  Digital - But you will receive a printed copy of Shanice’s first workbook, ships to you, and it's also available on the self-paced platform.

• What if I can't make a live session?

  All sessions will be recorded and provided after. However, you paid for it. I strongly encourage attending to ensure a comprehensive experience.

• Do I need any special equipment or software?

  Just a stable internet connection and Zoom for live sessions — no additional purchases needed.

• Is there a refund policy?

  This program does not offer refunds once portal access and program materials are provided, and once live coaching sessions have begun. If you're on the payment plan, your second payment remains due regardless of continued participation, per the terms accepted at enrollment.

  Requests for exceptions due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency) can be sent to Shanice (here) for review on a case-by-case basis.
